Worklink has hired James “Jimmy” Pennell, Jennifer Kelly and Sharon F. Greene-Crite.

Pennell was hired as the new business services representative. In this position Pennell will meet with area companies to connect them to training, employees and other workforce resources.

Pennell was most recently an academic lab facilitator and adjunct instructor for Gateway to College at Tri-County Technical College. There he instructed and evaluated students so they could obtain their high school diploma and earn credits for college. He earned his bachelor’s of science degree in biological services and master’s degree in human resource development at Clemson University.

Kelly was hired as One Stop services coordinator. In this position she will manage and interface with the three area OneStop locations in Anderson, Oconee and Pickens counties. Kelly was most recently WIA program coordinator of the South Carolina Employment Security Commission in Anderson. She has a bachelor’s of arts degree in English from Southern Wesleyan University.

Crite was hired as youth services coordinator. In this position she will manage the youth programs funded in park by Worklink, including Gateway to College and Palmetto Youth Connection. Most recently Crite was the supervisor of the Therapeutic Behavioral Services program at Starr Elementary School in Iva-based Anderson School District 3. She previously served 13 years with the Anderson County Department of Social Services. Crite holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences from Shaw University in Raleigh, N.C.
