Cheerleader, not the coach

STORY TOOLS

We are facing the most important election in our lifetime, not just for a few but everyone.

Due to poor leadership, the past eight years have been the worse. We are fighting a war that should have never taken place and look at how many precious lives have been lost due to bad judgment.

The Republicans have made a horrible mess of things and now are trying to use fear tactics to frighten people who are struggling to save their jobs, their homes and trying to live normal lives.

Listen closely to the Republicans when they are asked and John McCain himself if he made the right decision for a running mate.

This is the answer you receive:

Sarah Palin has a wonderful personality and she has brought so much enthusiasm to the party. They will not say anything about her experience in foreign affairs and the important issues we face, because she doesn’t have experience in these issues. It takes more than personality.

If you attend a ball game, the cheerleaders come onto the field to excite the crowd and get the enthusiasm and excitement going, but that does not qualify them to coach the team should something happen to the coach.

Should they win, it is very scary to think, if for any reason John McCain could not fulfill his duties, that a hockey mom (also self-described as a pitbull with lipstick) would inherit the responsibility of taking care of our great United States of America.

Sarah is only going to be Vice President, Obama has no experience and he wants to be President? He is no more than an over glorified cheerleader!

Sarah is going back to Alaska, where she will fade into obscurity. And the Republicans will be a fading minority that will disappear like a snowman on a hot summer day.

A new era is dawning in which Obama and Democrats will restore our economy and world standing. Critics will scoff and use silly words like Marxist, Communist and/or Socialist. But these folks matter not - honest Americans now know that Obama will bring the change we need.

How many presidents were "experienced" presidents before they were presidents?? How many were senators... how many were governors?? How many were mayors?? Whomever gets to be president, he needs to be able to connect with BOTH parties and be approachable. He will need to have experienced, honest cabinet members, because these individuals will know the process and give guidance. People need to realize that bills have to be passed or rejected with a vote from the Senate and Congress....

Vote for the candidate of YOUR choice, it is your right! On Nov. 4th the people will speak!!

Joe Biden: "Watch. We're going to have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy (Obama).

"And he's going to need help . . . to stand with him. Because it's not going to be apparent initially; it's not going to be apparent that we're right." - New York Daily Post, 10/21/08

And why does Joe Biden think that it will not be apparent that he and Obama will not be right? hmmm...

Typical Story. Obama knows just enough to get us all in trouble.

As for Biden...let's hope we never have to worry about him running off at the mouth with our allies or our enemies. The man's a walking embarrasment.

You may have misread what you quoted...

Biden said, as you quoted:
"It's not going to be apparent that we're right."

You said:
"not going to be apparent that he and Obama will -not- be right."

Was that intentional and deceptive, or just a mistake?
